Shawn has honed his business operation expertise and curating traditional Japanese cuisine over the last 11 years in Auckland, New Zealand and knows the industry inside out.

Shawn has a unique way of running his business. He applies and utilises the philosophical methods and elements from the three teachings. (Confucianism, Daoism and Buddhism.) He truly believes that he can make a difference, spread out the wisdom from his unique way of operating business, and positively impact our well-being and everyday life.
